·         No Promotional or discount prices will apply to Laybuy agreements

·         Payment made over 4 month period as agreed.

·         First payment secures order.

·         Goods to be paid in full before delivery/collection.

·         Failure to pay as agreed will result in cancellation unless further terms are negotiated and approved by Cape Patio.

·         10% of full fee will be charged as handling fee if cancellation occurs.

·         Free delivery applicable to all orders over 12,000.00 to main centers as specified in our Terms & Conditions.
