I ordered the Mystic Rose set and Petite Bench from Cape Patio, and I must say that the overall experience has been nothing short of excellent.  From start to finish, Reinhardt’s and Abasia’s customer service stood out, making the entire process smooth.

Reinhardt took the time to contact me to clearly explain the ordering and delivery process and the goods were delivered on time as promised at my doorstep in good condition.  Reinhardt also provided me with updates giving me confidence in the reliability of their service. I appreciated the attention to detail and care taken to ensure my order reached me in good order and on time. Abasia sent me a comprehensive list of furniture care instructions after I received my set.

I am also very happy with the quality, and it looks stunning.  I can confidently say that I will order from them again.  You don’t often get good service like this.

Thank you to Reinhardt - I have had the best service and feedback and updates from you.   I ordered end of April and within one month the furniture was delivered in Namibia.   We assembled the furniture ourselves and I have to say, it was so well packed with lots of extra/spare screws and fittings.   I can only recommend your company to other people, who like quality garden furniture - wonderful !!!

What an awesome “customer” experience at Cape Patio especially Andrea Trollip. I recently had our patio set powder coated and I the process lost a few of the rubber feet! After much searching and hitting “blank walls” with other patio furniture companies, Cape Patio instantly agreed to search their stocks and immediately reverted to me and generously gave me dozen an no charge at all!

What amazed me even more was their willingness to deliver them to my home in Durbanville (from their offices in Strand) ... also at no charge!

Apart from giving them to me free, what stood out was their responsiveness, speed in replying to me..... all without any payment!
